Registration for the 2020 Portage Invitational is closed.
At the Portage Invite we prioritize the safety of our runners, coaches, volunteers and broad community of support. It is with your safety in mind that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Portage Invitational. We have been monitoring current trends and recommendations regarding COVID-19 and believe this is the best decision to keep everyone safe and healthy. We will miss hosting you all this year and look forward to the 2021 Portage Cross Country Invitational.
If you have registered and paid in full for the 2020 Portage Invitational, you will receive a full refund.
We will open registration for the 2021 Portage Invitational in January of 2021. All teams, regardless of registration status for 2020, are asked to register for the 2021 Portage Invitational when registration opens. Teams from 2019 and registered teams from 2020 will receive an email via athletic.net notifying them of the opening of the 2021 registration. Registration will be available through this website so keep checking back.
Thank you for your understanding. Stay safe. Stay healthy. Keep on running!
While many things have been cancelled this year, our love of running and our love of cross-country has not been.
The Portage Invite is committed to supporting the sport of cross-country this year and into the future. We will look for unique ways to uplift the sport and runners including continuing our Senior Scholarship Awards for 2020 and partnering with incredible athletes such as Dathan Ritzenhein, Olympian and the Portage Invite course record holder, to bring you inspiring messages to keep you running!
